All of my candles are handmade and not mass-produced. This means that small differences in consistency, color, smell, and minor defects are to be expected.
I aim to make each candle as perfect as possible but we are only human and sometimes there are small errors.

I operate a very small-scale business and if you feel the quality of your candle is well
below the standards you expect then please reach out to us and I will be happy to help. ☺

Please understand that the item is made to your choice of fragrance
thus we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is
damaged upon delivery.

In the unfortunate case that your item(s) arrive to you damaged,
please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit.
